With his grandparents' support and his extraordinary intelligence, he won a full scholarship to study Engineering in Oxford University in England at the age 12, learning the English language during his 2-year stint there. After leaving England, he returned to Portugal where he soon joined the Portugese military. His skills impressed his commander so much that he was assigned to the Portugese Army Commandos at age 16, the elite soldiers of the Portugese army. When he was of 18 years of age, he was approached by a mysterious man who wanted to be known as Sindor. That man turned out to be a recruiting officer of the INDF who wanted to recruit Eusebio. He revealed that Eusebio's parents were themselves INDF agents who were on a secret mission to assassinate a top criminal mastermind in Spain. Sadly, they were killed while on the mission and in order to avoid suspicion, the INDF released information saying that they were killed in a car accident. At first, Eusebio was furious when he heard about this, and fiercely rejected the offer.
Things were about to change, however. Eusebio's grandparents were killed by a suicide bomber's bomb which was supposed to be meant for Eusebio. Stricken with grief, Eusebio vowed revenge and joined the INDF, becoming one of the most respected agents in just a few months! He volunteered to take on all of the hardest missions, assassinate the most dangerous targets, and training more than any other agent. This impressed the Head Agent, Robert Durango, a Mexican who eventually became Eusebio's best friend. A fellow agent, David Cohen, was also one of Eusebio's good friends.
One mission to Namibia, though, would change Eusebio even more than the death of his close relatives...
